Your Questions, Answered
-
You don't need to know anything about tarot to receive a reading. You simply bring your question, situation, or area where you're seeking clarity, and I'll take it from there. My readings are conversational, compassionate, and designed to help you understand what may be happening beneath the surface—not leave you trying to decipher a pile of mysterious cards.
You also don't need to come in with the “perfect” question. If you're feeling confused, heartbroken, stuck, or simply looking for guidance, that's enough of a place to begin.

When you purchase an Open Heart Reading, you'll submit your question(s) along with any background you'd like me to know. I'll then privately sit with your situation, pull and interpret your cards, and record a personalized audio reading created specifically for you.
There's no appointment to schedule and no need to be available at a certain time. Once your reading is complete, it's delivered directly to your email so you can listen privately, pause when something hits home, and return to it whenever you need to.

I don't believe your future is a fixed script waiting for a deck of cards to reveal it. Tarot can illuminate patterns, possibilities, emotional dynamics, and where your current path may be leading—but your choices, the choices of others, and life itself can change that path.
My goal isn't to convince you that something will definitely happen. It's to help you see your situation more clearly so you can make empowered choices about what happens next.
-
We can absolutely explore the energy and dynamics surrounding another person, including what the cards suggest may be happening within a connection. But I won't pretend tarot gives me unquestionable access to another person's private thoughts or guarantees what they'll do next.
And while love readings may begin with questions about them, my readings ultimately bring the focus back to you—your clarity, your patterns, your choices, your healing, and what supports your highest good.
-
My style is intuitive, compassionate, direct, and spiritually grounded. I read the cards together as a story rather than simply reciting textbook definitions one card at a time, and I pay attention to the patterns, emotional undercurrents, symbols, and intuitive impressions that emerge throughout the reading.
I won't manufacture fairy tales to tell you what you want to hear, but I'm also not interested in using tarot to frighten, shame, or disempower you. I believe good guidance can be truthful and loving.
-
Yes. Tarot is a tool for spiritual guidance and personal reflection—not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or mental-health care. I won't use the cards to diagnose illness, determine pregnancy, give legal or investment advice, or make other high-stakes professional decisions.
I also won't use tarot to make absolute declarations about death, catastrophe, curses, or other fear-based predictions. If a question falls outside what I believe tarot should responsibly be used for, I'll tell you.
-
Sometimes the most valuable reading isn't the one that confirms what we hoped—it is the one that helps us see what we've been struggling to accept. If difficult cards or themes appear, I'll explain them with compassion and context rather than treating them as doom, punishment, or an unavoidable fate.
You always retain your own judgment and free will. A tarot reading is guidance to consider, not an instruction you are required to obey.
-
You're never required to force a reading to fit. Sometimes something lands immediately; sometimes its meaning becomes clearer later; and sometimes a particular interpretation simply may not resonate with you. Take what genuinely serves you and leave what doesn't.
What I won't do is change or redo a reading simply to produce a more desirable answer. My commitment is to read what I genuinely see as thoughtfully and honestly as I can—not to guarantee a particular message or outcome.
-
Because personalized readings require dedicated preparation and are created specifically for you, purchases are generally final once the reading process has begun. A reading not giving the answer you hoped for, or an interpretation not resonating with you, does not by itself qualify it for a refund.
That said, if there's a genuine problem with your order—such as a duplicate purchase, incorrect delivery, missing file, or another order issue—please contact me. I want to make sure you actually receive what you purchased. Full details are available in The Love Shoppe's Refund Policy.

Yes. The personal information, questions, and context you share for a reading are treated with care and used to prepare and deliver your reading. I understand that people often come to tarot during incredibly personal moments, and I respect the trust involved in sharing those details.
If I ever want to share a testimonial, story, or part of a customer experience publicly, I would not intentionally disclose personally identifying details without permission. You can also review The Love Shoppe's Privacy Policy for more information about how customer information is handled.

I approach tarot as more than simply pulling cards and telling you what they mean. My readings blend traditional tarot knowledge with intuition, symbolism, emotional insight, and the story that unfolds across the entire spread. I call this approach Intuitive Love Tarot—reading beyond individual card definitions to understand the deeper patterns and messages within your situation.
Most importantly, my goal isn't to keep you dependent on readings for answers. It's to help you walk away with greater clarity, stronger self-trust, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Sometimes that means exploring the person on your mind—but ultimately, the most important person in your reading is you.
-
The best tarot questions create room for insight rather than demanding a simple yes or no. Instead of only asking, “Will they come back?” you might ask, “What do I need to understand about this connection?” or “What would serve me most as I decide whether to keep holding on?” Those questions give the cards much more room to reveal something genuinely useful.
Don't worry about getting the wording perfect, though. Bring me what's really on your heart. A clear, focused question is helpful, but you don't need to speak “tarot” to receive a meaningful reading.

Start with what you're hoping to understand. If you have your own specific question or situation you'd like explored, an Open Heart Reading lets you bring your questions directly to the cards. Choose the size based on how many questions you have and how deeply you'd like to explore them.
If you're looking for guidance around a particular love theme or experience, one of the Specialty Readings may already be designed around exactly what you're going through. And if you don't have a specific question at all but feel drawn to receive whatever guidance may be most important for you right now, explore the Channeled Messages.
If you're still unsure, don't overthink it. Read through the descriptions and choose the experience that feels most aligned with what you're seeking.
IF you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly on the contact page. all questions will be answered within 24-48 business hours.
